What Table Hype does

QR codes for tables, receipts, and to-go bags. Branded, scannable, and trackable. We see exactly how many reviews each location is generating, which methods are working, and where you have room to grow.

A private feedback survey for service recovery. If a guest has a complaint, we make it easy for them to give feedback directly to a manager. Your team gets a chance to make it right. It happens, we all have a rough night sometimes. This gives your customer the option to talk to someone in charge and it gives your team a chance to know about the experiences of customers who prefer to share privately.

Common Questions

Will this feel pushy to my guests?

No. The request goes out after they leave, in a friendly tone, with no pressure. Most guests appreciate being asked — and the ones who don’t simply ignore it. We’ve watched this work for hundreds of indie restaurants without a single complaint about pressure.

What if my staff already asks for reviews?

Even better. The automated system runs in addition to your staff’s asks, not instead of them. Most restaurants see both channels work together for maximum effect.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. You can add your manager, marketing lead, or front-of-house lead as team members so they can monitor and respond on your behalf — all under one account.

Is offering a free dessert or drink for a review allowed?

No — Google’s terms explicitly prohibit incentivizing reviews, and violating that can get your profile banned. Table Hype’s system never offers incentives. We rely on timing and ease instead.

Do I need a fancy point-of-sale integration?

No. The system works whether you use Toast, Square, Clover, or no POS at all. QR codes, text, and email work universally.

Does it work for restaurants with multiple locations?

Yes. You can manage all locations from one account, with filtered feeds per location and a roll-up dashboard across all of them.
